Kara has been working diligently alongside Artistic Director Julia Rhoads to fulfill the company’s mission to create and tour original dance theatre works. Kara was project manager of Lucky Plush’s most recent interdisciplinary digital festival, The Map of Now, taking lead in artist and staff communications, marketing, & event coordination. Kara takes on the responsibilities of Virtual Dance Lab manager, tour coordinator, community engagement manager and marketing manager.
In addition to her roles administratively, Kara is currently an ensemble member with the company, originating roles in Happy Returns (2020), Rink Life (2019), & Rooming House (2018) and toured Superstrip (2018).
